The reason we developed the above upgrade tool is because we have changed the way the software installer works to make a simpler installation experience and also to support automatic checking for updates. This change requires that you uninstall the older version and then install version 2.0.13. The upgrade tool helps simplify the process for you. Use the above link only if you have already installed version 2.0.12 or earlier and need help removing it. Otherwise use the link below:

Click the link below if you have NOT installed a version of the ShareSynch program on your computer yet and want to install version 2.0.13. You may also click it if you have installed version 2.0.13 and want to manually check for the latest version of the ShareSynch software.

The link above will start the installer automatically on this computer. If you are not using Internet Explorer or the above link doesn't work or if you want to download the installer program and save it to a different computer that isn't connected to the internet, click this link (Setup2_0_13.zip) Save this file to a flash drive or similar way to transfer to the other computer. Then double click to open the zip archive, setup2_0_13_.zip, then double click on the file "setup2_0_13.exe" to start the installation.

If you choose not to upgrade to version 2.0.13 right now, you may still install version 2.0.12 of the ShareSynch program that used the old installer by clicking this link. (Version 2.0.12 released March 16,2011) This is functionally the same as version 2.0.13, but doesn't use the automatic update features and doesn't require Microsoft .Net 3.5SP1. Note that to get updates to ShareSynch after this version you will need to upgrade from version 2.0.12 to Version 2.0.13.

If you are using version 2.0.11 or earlier you need to either update to version 2.0.12 or 2.0.13 now.
